摘    要:
目的:观察辛基酚 (Octylphenol,OP)对雄性大鼠性腺及血清性激素的影响。方法:雄性大鼠连续 6 0 d灌胃染毒 OP,用放射免疫法测定血清性激素水平 ,并对大鼠睾丸进行组织病理学观察。 结果:OP可导致大鼠体重、睾丸、附睾、精囊腺重量下降 ,与溶剂对照组相比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;血清睾酮 (T)、促黄体生成素 (FSH)、滤泡刺激素 (L H)水平同对照组相比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;同时电镜可观察到睾丸组织随染毒剂量的增加具有明显的病理改变。 结论 :OP对雄性大鼠性腺具有明显的损伤 ,且使其分泌 T、FSH、L H的能力明显下降。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influences of octylphenol on the level of sexual hormone and the impairments on the sexual gland in male rats. Methods: SD male rats were daily administrated OP by gavage for 60 days.The content of blood serum testosterone(T), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH) were assessed with radioimmuno-assay, and pathological changes in the testis were also observed with transmission electron microsope(TEM). Results: the weight of body,testis, epididymis, seminal resicle at the 160 mg/kg and the 320 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that of the control group, The OP could decrease the level of the level of T?FSH and LH in the serum. The pathological changes in testis with TEM were aggravated gradually by the exposed dose. Conclusion: The sexual glands of the male rats were impaired seriously by OP, and the ability of the rats to secrete T, FSH and LH was impaired.
