德州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目效果分析

目的:分析德州市世界银行贷款结核病控制项目10a的效果。方法:根据1992年至2001年全市下属11个县(市、区)结核病各种报表汇总分析患者的治疗效果。结果:10年来累计接诊可疑肺结核患者34053例,检出活动性肺结核患者11795例;其中涂阳肺结核患者10724例,初治涂阳6895例,治愈率95.1%;复治涂阳患者3829例,治愈率为93.2%。结论:德州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目成效显著,为今后结核病控制工作提供宝贵的经验。

The Analysis of the Effect of World Bank Loaned TB Control Project in Dezhou

Objective To analyse the effect of world Band loaned TB Control project in Dezhou in the past 10 years. Methods To analyse the effect of treatment of patients with TB throngh all kinds of TB form gathered from 11 counties affilated to Dezhou from 1992 to 2001. Results 34 053 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis suspect in all went to hospital in 10 years. 11 795 cases of active pulmonary tuboculosis were identified, of which 10 724 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with smear positive were identified. 6 895 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with smear positive were cared firstly, the rate of cure is 95.1%. 3 829 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with smear positive were cured secondly, the rate of cure is 93.2%. Couclusion The effect of World Bank loaned TB control project in Dezhou is obvious and it provides precious experience for TB coutrol henceforth.
