社区脑卒中患者主要照顾者生活质量及影响因素调查

目的了解脑卒中患者在康复过程中对主要照顾者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对在我院住院的51名脑卒中患者的家属进行问卷调查。问卷内容主要包括:主要照顾者资料、被照顾者资料、生存质量量表(SF-36)3个部分。结果男性照顾者生活质量BF维度得分与常模组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),女性照顾者在RP、BP、SF、RE4个维度的得分与常模组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。主要照顾者的年龄与其PF、SF相关(P<0.05);主要照顾者与患者的关系与其PF、GH、VT呈正相关(P<0.05);受教育程度与其PF呈正相关(P<0.05);照顾时间与其PF、GH、VT呈正相关(P<0.05);患病情况与其GH、VT、SF呈负相关(P<0.05)。被照顾者的配合程度与主要照顾者的VT呈负相关(P<0.05);被照顾者的家庭支持情况与主要照顾者的PF、GH呈负相关(P<0.05);被照顾者的治疗费用与主要照顾者的RP呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论关注脑卒中患者康复的同时重视主要照顾者的生活质量,是社区卫生服务工作者的职责。

Life Quality of Main Caregivers of Stroke Patients and Its Influencing Factors.

Objective To contribute the knowledge of life quality of main caregivers of stroke patients in recovery process and its influencing factors.Methods By random sampling,we conducted a questionnaire survey in 51 family members of stroke patients hospitalizing in our hospital.The main contents of the questionnaire included 3 parts:caregivers' information,patients' information and life-quality scale(SF-36).Results There was significant difference in BF-dimension scores of life quality between male caregivers and norm group(P<0.01);female caregivers were significantly different from norm group in dimensions of RP,BP,SF,and RE(P<0.01).Main caregivers' relationship with patients was correlated with PF,GH and VT(P<0.05),their ages with PF and SF(P<0.05),their education levels with PF(P<0.05),caring time with PF,GH and VT(P<0.05),and disease condition with GH,VT and SF(P<0.05).Patients' cooperation was correlated with main caregivers' VT(P<0.05);family supports with their PF and GH(P<0.05);treatment costs with their PR(P<0.05).Conclusion Attaching much importance to main caregivers' life quality as concerning about rehabilitation of stroke patients is the responsibility of community medical workers.
