| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)和血管性痴呆(VD)患者心理及行为症状(BPSD)的特征。方法对30例AD及30例VD患者,采用Alzheimer病行为症状评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)、Cohen-Mansfield激惹性问卷(CMAI)评定患者BPSD。结果AD患者偏执与妄想、焦虑与恐惧、激惹、试图出走和乱走、无目的游荡的发生率较高,行为紊乱和乱走、无目的游荡严重程度较高。VD患者偏执与妄想严重程度较高。结论AD、VD患者BPSD症状有特异性,需针对其特异性采取针对性的护理干预。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the features of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) between Alzheimer disease (AD) and vascular dementia (VD).Methods In 30 patients with AD and 30 patients with VD, BPSD were assessed by the behavioral pathology in Alzheimer's disease rating scale (BEHAVE-AD) and the (Cohen-)Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMAI).Results The incidences of delusion, anxiety and fear, agitation, attempt to leave and wandering in AD patients were comparatively high. The serious level of behavior disturbance, wandering in AD patients were comparatively severe. The serious level of delusion in VD patients was comparatively severe.Conclusion The features of BPSD in AD and VD patients were specific. |
