凋亡调控因子Survivin和Caspase-3在宫颈上皮内瘤样变及宫颈癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤样变及宫颈癌中凋亡凋控因子Survivin和Caspase 3表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术 (S P法 )检测 4 0例宫颈癌及 1 0例正常宫颈组织以及 1 0例宫颈上皮内瘤样变中Survivin和Caspase 3表达水平 ,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果Survivin和Caspase 3在宫颈上皮内瘤样变均有表达 ,表达率分别为 4 0 %和 5 0 % ;且Survivin和Caspase 3表达水平均高于正常宫颈组织 (P <0 0 5 )。Survivin在 72 5 % (2 9/ 4 0 )的宫颈癌中表达 ,且表达水平高于正常宫颈组织和宫颈上皮内瘤样变 (P <0 0 5 )。Survivin的表达水平在不同分化程度的宫颈癌之间的差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。Survivin在Ⅱb和Ⅲ期宫颈癌中的表达均是不同的 (P <0 0 5 )。结论Survivin和Caspase 3在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤样变中的表达水平增加 ;Survivin基因的表达发生在宫颈癌恶性转化的早期 ;Survivin的表达与瘤细胞分化有关 ;并且其高表达可作为预后不良的标志

Expression of apoptotic regulators survivin and effector caspase-3 in cervical carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To investigate the expression of regulators survivin and effector caspase-3 in cervical carcinomas and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of regulators survivin and effector caspase-3 in 40 cases of cervical carcinomas, 10 CIN and 10 normal cervical tissues. Results Expression of survivin and caspase-3 were observed in CIN, that higher levels in CIN than in normal cervical tissues ( P <0.05). Expression of survivin was detected in 72.5% cervical carcinoma, higher levels in cervical carcinoma than in normal skeletal muscles or in CIN ( P <0.05). Significant differences were observed for survivin expression levels in different differentiated cervical carcinoma. Expression levels of survivin in III stage cervical carcinomas were higher than that in II b stage of cervical carcinoma ( P <0.05). Conclusion Expression levels of survivin and caspase-3 are increased in cervical carcinomas and CIN. Expression of survivin occurred in early stage of cervical carcinoma transformation. Expression level of survivin is related to the degree of differentiation of cervical carcinomas, and higher levels of survivin may indicate infausta prognosis for patients with cervical carcinomas.
