| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力疝修补术在治疗急性嵌顿绞窄性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法对我院在2006年1月～2008年12月收治24例腹股沟嵌顿绞窄腹股沟疝采用无张力疝修补术进行回顾分析。结果术后2例出现阴囊积液,1例出现切口较度充血、水肿。全组无发生切口化脓性感染,补片排斥反应和缺血性睾丸炎等并发症。所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6～18个月,均未发现复发及明显异物感。结论严格选择手术适应证,正确术中伤1：3处理,疝补片的妥善固定（包括使用单股缝线固定）以及预防使用抗生素是防止或减少急性嵌绞窄性腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术后伤口感染和疝复发的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects on tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of acute incarcerated-strangulated inguinal hernia. Methods From January 2006 to December 2008, twenty four cases with incarcerated -strangulated inguinal hernia received tension-free herniorrhaphy were analyzed retrospectively.
