鲍曼不动杆菌135株的分布及药敏结果分析

目的:了解临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的感染特点及耐药情况,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据.方法:对临床送检标本分离135株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及药敏结果进行回顾性分析.结果:鲍曼不动杆菌在重症监护病房、骨科检出率较高,分别为48.1%、14.8 %;感染部位以呼吸道和手术切口为主,分别占59.3%和28.9 %.该菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、氨苄西林、呋喃妥因、头孢唑啉的耐药率分别为32.6%、44.4%、66.7%、69.6%、83.7%、90.4%、96.3%和100.0%.其它抗生素也有不同程度的耐药,发现多重耐药菌126株.结论:鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染重要的条件致病菌,其对抗生素耐药率高,且多重耐药,临床要重视合理使用抗生素,减少多重耐药菌株的产生.

Clinical distribution and antibiotic resistant patterns of 135 strains Acinetobacter baumannii
