社区团队护理模式对慢性呼吸衰竭患者康复的影响研究

目的探讨慢性呼吸衷竭患者社区护理干预的效果。方法将我单位2009年1月至2013年6月期间收治的120例慢性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为二组,每组60例。对照组60例患者给予常规护理,观察组60例患者给予社区团队护理模式。分别观察二组患者治疗有效率及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率96．67％,对照组治疗有效率75．00％,二组比较,差异具有显著性（x^2=4．285,P〈0．05）。二组患者肺功能均明显好转,观察组患者肺功能改善情况明显好于对照组,二组比较,差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论通过社区团队护理模式干预,可提高慢性呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Community Team Nursing Mode on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Chronic Respiratory Failure

Objective To study the community nursing intervention effect in patients with chronic respiratory failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 patients in each group. The60 patients in the control group received the conventional nursing, 60 patients of the observation group were given community nursing model. The 2 groups were observed about the effective treatment rate and pulmonary function improvement. Results The treatment effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.67%, the effective rate of the control group was 75%, the comparison difference between the 2 groups was significant （x^2=4.285, P〈0.05）. The pulmonary fianction of 2 groups patients with significantly improved, the lung function of patients in the observation group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference of the 2 groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community nursing team intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic respiratory failure, which is worth of clinical promotion.
