奥硝唑联用培氟沙星对牙周病原菌体外抗菌活性研究

目的 评价奥硝唑和培氟沙星体外联合应用对牙周病原菌抗菌效果.方法 检测两药配伍的可行性.根据2种含药纸片抑菌环交界角形状,初步判断2种药物联合后对受试菌的作用效果.根据琼脂棋盘稀释法定量判断不同浓度组合药物联用后对受试菌的最低抑菌浓度并计算分级抑制浓度FIC指数.结果 2种药物溶液混合后无明显理化特性改变.牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌、中间普氏菌、消化链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌6株标准菌株的FIC指数分别为0.312 5、0.375、0.562 5、0.75、1.062 5、1.062 5.结论 2种药物无配伍禁忌,对厌氧菌抗菌活性呈相加作用,对非厌氧菌仅培氟沙星起作用.

Antibacterial activities of ornidazole and pefloxacin against periodontal pathogen in vitro

Objective To investigate the feasibility of combined ornidazole and pefloxacin for peridontal pathogen in vitro and estimate their antibacterial activities. Methods By the shape of corniform of two inhibition rings, the effect of two drugs was estimated. By the checkerboard method, the fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) of two drugs was estimated when they were mixed at different concentrations. Results No obvious physical and chemical changes were observed when the two drugs mixed together. The FIC index of Pg, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Pi, Peptostreptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus was 0.312 5, 0.375, 0.562 5, 0.75, 1.062 5 and 1.062 5 respectively. Conclusion The two drugs are of good compatibility and of addition effect on anaerobic bacterium, but only pefloxacin is effective on aerobic bacteria.
