| 摘 要： | 目的分析总结过敏性紫癜患儿护理方面的方法,为临床积累经验。方法回顾性分析内江市第六人民医院2008年1月至2009年6月收治的40例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床资料及护理方法。结果本组40例患儿,经积极的治疗和护理后均痊愈出院,痊愈率为100%,住院天数为6～18d,平均住院天数为11.7d。结论针对不同类型的患儿给予不同的精心护理对促进患儿的病情恢复具有很重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and summary the nursing methods in children with anaphylactoid purpura to accumulate clinical experience. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyse and summary the clinical data and nursing of 40 children with anaphylactoid purpura treated in our hospital from 2008.1-2009.6. Results 40 cases were discharged after the positive treatment and nursing. The cure rate was 100%, hospital days were 6-18 days, the average number of hospital days was 11.7 days. Conclusion Affording different types of children with diverse nursing methods plays a very important role in promoting the recovery of patients. |
