用新鲜全血对血细胞仪进行比对和校准的探讨

目的:评价本院8台全血细胞分析仪之间的可比性和准确性.方法:使用重复性试验来检测8台仪器的精密度;使用新鲜全血对8台仪器进行比对试验;用参考仪器给新鲜全血定值,以定值新鲜全血对7台仪器进行校准.结果:通过比对试验各仪器间确实存在一定误差,需要进行校准.校准后8台仪器检测结果误差在允许范围内,一致性和准确性好.结论:用新鲜全血对多台血细胞仪进行校准,方法简便、可靠,成本低廉,值得推广应用.

Study of comparison and calibration of different hematology analyzers using fresh blood sample
