| 摘 要： | 目的:评价PBL教学法在新护士岗前培训中的可行性及优越性.方法:将24名新护士随机分为两组,PBL教学法12人(试验组),传统灌输式教学法12人(对照组),分组进行岗前培训.结果:试验组的学习兴趣及成绩明显优于对照组(P(0.01).结论:采用PBL教学法有利于新护士尽快掌握岗前培训知识,并将其运用于临床护理工作.
