| 摘 要： | 目的观察乳腺癌患者趋化因子受体5（CCR5）基因m303位点突变情况。方法利用PCR法扩增100例中国汉族乳腺癌患者（观察组）、100例正常人（对照组）的CCR5基因片段,利用PCR-RFLP法检测两组CCR5基因m303位点的突变情况。结果均未发现CCR5基因m303位点突变。结论中国汉族乳腺癌人群中未检测出CCR5基因m303位点突变。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the chemokine receptor 5 （CCR5） m303 gene polymorphism in Chinese Han breast cancer patients. Methods CCR5 gene were amlified with PCR method and CCR5 m303 gene polymorphism was detected by PCR-RFLP method in 100 breast cancer patients（observe group） and 100 normal person（control group）. Results No CCR5 m303 gene mutation was found in observe and control groups. Conclusion There is no CCR5 m303 gene mutation in Chinese Han breast cancer patients. |
