| 摘 要： | 以相似因子f2为评价指标,采用正交实验优化甲磺酸多沙唑嗪亲水凝胶骨架片的处方.按最优处方制得的片剂与参比制剂有良好的相似性(f2＝75.2).体外释放条件考察结果表明,转速对药物的释放有影响,而释放介质的种类及pH和测定装置则无显著性影响.

| Abstract: | The orthogonal design was applied to optimize the formulation of doxazosin mesylate hydrogel matrixtablets using the similarity factor (f2) as the evaluation standard. The product prepared according to the selected formulationhad similar release behavior to reference products(f2=75.2). The results of in vitro release test showed that drug release ratecould be affected by the stirring rate, while the kind and pH of media and device had no significant effect on it. |
