多学科团队网络随访对抑郁症患者服药依从性的影响

目的探讨多学科团队网络随访对抑郁症患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取医院2018年5月至7月收治并已出院的抑郁症患者70例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各35例。研究组患者予多学科团队网络随访干预,对照组患者予传统方式电话随访干预,比较两组患者服药依从性、生活质量及对医务人员满意度的差异。结果研究组患者服药依从率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者生活质量评定(SF-36)量表、Herth量表得分分别为(97.28±1.57)分和(15.32±3.76)分,明显高于对照组的(91.42±1.80)分和(11.29±3.41)分(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意率为91.43%,明显高于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队网络随访能有效提高抑郁症患者的服药依从性,提高其生活质量,提升其对医务人员的满意度。

Multidisciplinary Team Network Follow-up Study on Medication Compliance of Depressive Patients

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team network follow-up on medication compliance of depressive patients.Methods A total of 70 discharged depressive patients from the Center were selected and divided into the control group and study group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The study group was given follow-up intervention by multidisciplinary team network,and the control group was given follow-up intervention by telephone in the traditional way.The differences in medication compliance,quality of life,and satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)and Herth scale of patients in the study group were(97.28±1.57)points and(15.32±3.76)points,which were significantly higher than(91.42±1.80)points and(11.29±3.41)points in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than 57.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team network follow-up can effectively improve the compliance of patients with depression,improve their quality of life,and increase their satisfaction with medical staff.
