| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运用PDCA循环法是否可提高临床路径的入径率和完成率.方法:统计某医院2015年消化内科临床路径的入径率和完成率,并分析上述入径率及完成率低的原因.利用PDCA循环法持续改进,观察并对比分析2016~2018年期间医院临床路径入径率和完成率的变化.结果:实施PDCA循环法以来,医院消化内科临床路径流程进一步规范,对比分析显示临床路径的入径率和完成率分别由2015年的66.4%和71.6%上升到2018年的95.6%和91.7%.结论:运用PDCA循环法有助于提高临床路径的入径率及完成率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore whether the PDCA Circulation Method is helpful to improve the entry rate and completion rate of the clinical pathways.Methods The entry rate and completion rate of clinical pathways in our department in 2015 were calculated and the reasons for the low entry rate and completion rate were analyzed.PDCA circulation was performed for continuous improvement.The variations of entry rate and completion rate of the clinical pathways were observed and analyzed for each year from 2016 to 2018.Results The procedure of clinical pathway was standardized by means of PDCA Circulation Method.The entry rate and completion rate of clinical pathways ascended from 66.4%and 71.6%in 2015 to 95.6%and 91.7%in 2018.Conclusion PDCA Circulation Method is helpful to improve the entry rate and completion rate of clinical pathways. |
