无创通气治疗重症哮喘疗效观察

目的:探讨无创通气在重症哮喘中的疗效.方法:82例重症哮喘患者随机分为3组:BiPAP治疗组、有创通气治疗组、常规治疗组.比较3组实施治疗前、治疗3 d后患者临床征象变化及动脉血气指标(pH、PaCO2、PaO2、SaO2)变化.结果:BiPAP组与常规组比较有显著性差异,与有创通气组比较差异不显著.结论:在常规治疗的基础加用无创通气治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,改善通气,提高重症哮喘的治疗效果.

Evaluation in Therapeutic Effect of Noninvasive Ventilation on Severe Asthma

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilation on severe asthma.Methods:82 cases of severe asthma were randomly divided into 3 groups:group with BiPAP,group with invasive ventilation,and group with routine treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas index including pH,PaCO2,PaO2 and SaO2 before and at 3 day after treatment in above 3 groups were compared.Results:The difference between group with BiPAP and group with routine treatment was significant,but not significant between group with BiPAP and group with vasive ventilation.Conclusion: Noninvasive ventilation based on routined treatment may improve clinical symptoms,ventilation and the therapeutic effect on severe asthma.
