| 摘 要： | 目的探讨D 二聚体含量与颅脑损伤病人伤情及预后的相关性。方法应用免疫比浊法动态检测 90例不同伤情的颅脑损伤病人血浆中D 二聚体的含量 ,并与健康体检者进行对照 ,比较D 二聚体含量与格拉斯哥昏迷分级 (GCS)和格拉斯哥预后分级 (GOS)的关系。结果患者组D 二聚体含量明显高于对照组 ,并与GCS、GOS呈负相关 ,且随伤情演变同步升降。结论动态监测血浆D 二聚体的变化有助于早期准确地判断颅脑损伤伤情与预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of plasma D-dimer level with the severity and prognosis of head injury.Methods The plasma levels of D-dimer were dynamically measured with immunoturbidimetry in 90 patients with head injuries and 30 normal controls. And the relationship between Glasgow coma score(GCS),Glasgow outcome score(GOS)and the concentration of D-dimer were also compared.Results The plasma levels of D-dimer in patients with head injuries were increased markedly,compared with those in healthy controls.The concentration of D-dimer correlated negatively with GCS and GOS.This pattern of correlation was changing along with the development of head injury.Conclusions Dynamic detection of D-dimer in plasma might be useful to judging the severity and prognosis of head injury at early stage. |
