食管癌经胸入路外科手术对肺功能的影响

目的：为观察食管癌患者行经胸入路不同术式外科治疗后肺功能及动脉血气变化的情况。方法：对３７例胸段食管癌患者行食管癌根治性切除、食管胃胸内吻合术，手术前后进行肺功能测定、动脉血气分析。结果：开胸手术及胸腔内胃在６周内对患者的肺功能具有不良影响，表现为肺功能减退、低氧血症。结论：认为经胸入路的食管癌外科手术在术后６周内使肺功能减退，产生低氧血症，而不同术式之间对肺功能的影响差别不大

Effect of surgery on pulmonary function following esophagectomy and intrathoracic esophago-gastrostomy for carcinoma of the esophagus

To evaluate the effect of surgery on pulmonary function following esophagectomy and intrathoracic esophagogastrostomy for carcinoma of the esophagus. Pulmonary function test and arterial blood gas anlaysis were performed both pre-and postoperatively in 37 cases of carcinoma of the esophagus. The result showed that pulmonary function was affected obviously in the first 6 weeks after surgery and proved by the result of blood gas analysis. The postoperative hypoxemia supported this concept. The pulmonary function was found to be diminished in the first 6 postoperative weeks after thoracotomy and intrathoracic esophagogastrostmy. The modes of operation brought about no difference to the postoperative pulmonary function.
