| 摘 要： | 目的:观察技能训练对精神分裂症病人阴性症状的康复效果。方法:将住院精神分裂症病人60例随机分成实验组与对照组各30例,观察6个月,以阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定疗效。结果:实验组经3个月的技能训练后注意障碍分值下降,与对照组比较差异具显著性意义(P<0.01);训练6个月后情感平淡、兴趣缺乏、注意障碍都有明显改善,与对照组比较,差异具极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:技能训练对精神分裂症病人阴性症状的康复有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of skill training in the none symptoms of schizophrenia patients. Method: Sixty schizophrenic patients were randomly assigned to two groups (observational group and control group)for study for 6 months, the responses to skill training were rated with SANS (Scale for the Assessment of none Symptoms) . Results:There was signficant differences between two groups on the SANS score. Conclusion:Skill training is useful to improne rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients with none symtoms. |
