| 摘 要： | 原始神经外胚层肿瘤可能起源于神经嵴，成人幕上原始神经外胚层肿瘤比较罕见；幕上多以脑实质多见，而发生脑室内比较罕见，比较其影像典型表现及不典型表现，以对诊断给予帮助。 |
