| 摘 要： | 目的总结MEBO治疗放射性皮炎的护理经验。方法在对放射性皮炎患者采用MEBO治疗的过程中,积极采取基础护理、心理护理、皮肤护理、创面护理等综合护理措施,观察治疗及护理效果。结果通过细致耐心的治疗与护理,所有患者创面均愈合良好,愈后无瘢痕,无功能障碍。结论在采用MEBO治疗放射性皮炎的同时予以综合护理,方法简便,疗效显著且无副作用,不影响其基础疾病的治疗,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing experiences in the treatment of radiodermatitis with MEBO. Method Comprehensive measures including fundamental care, psychological care, skin and wound care were provided ac-tively in MEBO treatment of patients with radiodermatitis. The outcomes of treatment and nursing were observed. Result All patients’ wounds healed satisfactorily through careful and patient treatment and nursing No scar or disfunction was left. Conclu-sion Comprehensive care carried out at the same time of treating radiodermatitis with MEBO is easy to operate, effective and free from side effects. It dose not influence the treatment of underlying disease, worth being promoted and applied clinically. |
