| 摘 要： | 肾素依赖性高血压是尿毒症患者心血管疾病并发症的主要危险因素,与内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ等血管活性物质密切相关,严重影响尿毒症患者的生存率和预后。研究表明,腹膜透析因其利用生理性腹膜作为透析膜有较好的生物相容性;持续透析因其有稳定的血流动力学以及保留残余肾功能等优点,能较好地清除内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ,故对肾素依赖性高血压的治疗效果相对血液透析为好。

| Abstract: | Renin-dependent hypertension is a major risk factor in uremic patients complicated with cardiovascular disease.Endothelin,angiotensin-Ⅱ and other vasoactive substances are closely related to it.So it is difficult to control the ideal blood pressure,resulting in a serious impact on the survival and prognosis of uremic patients.Because of its physiological biocompatible peritoneal dialysis membrane,the continuous dialysis to achieve the stable hemodynamics and the unique advantageous maintenance of the residual renal function,peritoneal dialysis,can effectively eliminate both endothelin and angiotensin-Ⅱ,renin-dependent hypertension.Thus, the effects of hemodialysis is relatively better. |
