江苏省肿瘤登记现况调查初步分析

经江苏省肿瘤防治办公室调查:截至到2005年3月,江苏省现有肿瘤登记处20个,覆盖人口计1 932万,面积2.539万平方公里,分别占全省人口的26.97%和面积的24.74%.其中80%采用医院住院病历资料,70%采用病理报告资料,65%采用死亡证明书资料;所有肿瘤登记处均有专业技术人员;100%采用国际疾病分类系统(ICD-9、ICD-10或ICD-O)进行疾病分类;90%使用计算机进行资料储存、统计分析和管理;90%肿瘤登记资料用于年度报告或其它分析,但部分登记处缺乏必备及稳定的经费支撑和缺乏必要的质量控制等条件.因此,应当加强培训,进一步规范和完善江苏省肿瘤登记报告制度.

An Analysis of Cancer Registration in Jiangsu Province

As the results of investigation made by the Jiangsu Province Office for Cancer Prevention and Control, up to March 2005, there were 20 cancer registry stations in the Jiangsu province, they covered with 19.32 million population and 25.39 thousands square kilometers area, accounted for 26.97% and 24.74% with the whole province respectively. The information was got from hospital inpatient medical records accounting for 80%; pathological report, 70%; the certificate of death, 65%. There were professional technician in all cancer registry stations. The international classification of disease (ICD-9, ICD-10 and ICD-O) had been applied to disease classification in 100% cancer registration. Computer was used for the data storage, data analysis and management in 90% cancer registry stations.90% registration data were applied for annual reports and other analysis. But there were still some shortcoming in the registration system, such as shortage of finance and equipment, and lacking of necessary quality control, etc. So, it should strengthen training and standardizing and perfecting the system of cancer registration in Jiangsu province.
