广州市4263例体检人群的血脂水平分析

目的了解广州市4263例体检者的血脂水平。方法对广州市4263例40岁以上人员,采集空腹静脉血测定总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG),分析其结果。结果总胆固醇(TC)异常率为25.4%(1082/4263),甘油三酯(TG)升高率为33.7%(1437/4263);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低率为22.5%(961/4263);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高率为29.5%(1259/4263)。TC、LDL-C水平以及异常率与年龄有关,随年龄增大而升高;40～岁组与其它年龄组间血脂水平有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性和女性的TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平及其异常率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本人群血脂水平异常与年龄、性别有关,提示该人群应改变饮食结构和生活方式。

Statistical Analysis of Serum Lipid Level of 4263 Cases in Guangzhou City

Objective To explore the characteristics of serum lipid levels of 4263 cases in Guangzhou populations.Method Fasting blood serum of 4263 cases of age above 40 years old in Guangzhou was collected to determine total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Result In this group,25.4%(1082/4263) has high cholesterol(TC) level,33.7%(1437/4263) ahs high triglyceride(TG) level,22.5%(961/4263) has a low high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level,29.5%(1259/4263) has a high low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) level.The rates of having abnormal TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels show significant difference between male and female.Conclusion In this population,abnormal serum lipid level was correlated with age and gender.People should change their eating habit and living style.
