冠状动脉搭桥术后病人生活质量及其相关因素调查

目的 :评估冠状动脉搭桥术后病人的生活质量 ,并探讨其相关因素。方法 :采用一般资料问卷、生活质量和应对量表对首次接受冠状动脉搭桥术后出院 1个月的 66例病人进行问卷调查。结果 :冠状动脉搭桥术后病人生活质量在中等水平 ,角色功能恢复不够理想。病人的生活质量与性别、婚姻状况、病程及住ICU时间有关 ,生活质量与积极应对之间存在正相关。多元回归分析显示 ,应对方式对生活质量具有决定作用 ,可解释为 62 .0 %的变异量。结论 :护理人员应重点指导病人进行心理调适 ,从各方面给予支持、关心 ,鼓励病人采用积极的应对方式增强有效的应对能力 ,降低术后压力 ,帮助病人术后躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能的恢复和适应 ,提高其生活质量

An Investigation on Life Quality and Its Related Factors of Patients Underwent Coronary Artery Bypass

Objective: to evaluate the life quality of postoperative patients underwent coronary artery bypass and to probe into its related factors. Method: a total of 66 cases were investigated one month later of discharged from hospital who had in the first time accepted coronary artery bypass. All of them were asked to fill out common data questionnaire, life quality and reply scale. Results: the life quality of postoperative patients underwent coronary artery bypass was in the medium level. The role function of them recovered not so well. The life quality of these patients related to their sex, marriage, course of disease, and duration of hospitalized in ICU. There was positive correlation between life quality of the patients and their active reply. Multiple factors regression analysis showed that reply mode played a key role in the life quality of patients which determined 62.0% of all variables. Conclusions: nursing staffs should pay attention to guiding patient's psychological adjusting. Nurses should give patients more supports and care from all aspects. They should also encourage patients to adopt active reply mode and lower their postoperative pressures. Nursing staffs should help patients in the recovery and adapting of postoperative somatic function, psychological function and social function, and help to enhance the life quality of patients.
