| 摘 要： | 目的建立宁心补肾丸(制何首乌、党参等)的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱方法对制剂中党参、制何首乌、枸杞子进行定性分析;高效液相色谱法对制剂处方中何首乌所含的2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(简称二苯乙烯苷)进行定量分析。结果薄层色谱法能够很好的测定宁心补肾丸中主要成分;二苯乙烯苷含量测定平均回收率99.1%。结论所建立的方法简单、可靠、准确,可有效控制宁心补肾丸的质量。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo establish a method for the quality control of Ningxinbushen bolus(prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Dangshen,etc.).Methods The TLC method was used to identify the Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Dangshen,and Lycium bararum in Ningxinbushen Bolus.The quantity of 2,3,5,4'-stilbene glucoside in the bolus were determined by HPLC.Results The ingredients could be identified by TLC.For 2,3,5,4'-stilbene glucoside,the average recovery was 99.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate,and can be applied to the quality control of the Ningxinbushen bolus. |
