| 摘 要： | 分析南苏丹维和二级医院基本情况,管理工作特点,提出具体做法:科学分组进行优势互补,熟悉流程畅通指挥体制,统筹规划合理消耗药材,落实制度严把医疗安全;并提出工作中需注意的5个方面的事项:高度重视医患沟通,安全顺利实施医疗后送,充分发挥卫生员的作用,规范接诊及处理流程,重视个人医疗安全防护。

| Abstract: | The author analyzed the basic situation and management characteristics of peacekeeping level Ⅱ hospital in South Sudan,and put forward concrete measures as follows： dividing the human resources into groups and making complementary advantages,being familiar with the process and the commanding system,making use of the medical materials scientifically,paying attention to medical safety according to the management system.Finally,five measures were proposed to stress on： communication between doctors and patients,the medical evacuation,the roles of medical staffs,the process of patient reception and treatment,and the personal health protection. |
