| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定一枝黄花中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,以甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(20:80);流速为:1.0mL/min;检测波长为326nm;结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.16-1.43μg,r=0.9999;本品的平均回收率为96.99%,RSD为1.52%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a method by HPLC for the content determination of chlorogenic acid of Solidago decurrens Lour.Methods: A Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-0.2%water-Acetic cid(20:80),the detection wavelength was 326nm,the rate was 1.0mL/min.Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was within 0.16-1.43μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 96.99% and RSD was 1.52%.Conclusion: The metheod is simple,sensitive and accurate. |
