摘    要:
目的 比较大鼠坐骨神经缺损不同延迟时间后修复的再生效果.方法 大鼠右侧坐骨神经缺损分别预变性0、3、7、14和21 d后,用对侧坐骨神经桥接,术后6周分别行快蓝(Fast blue)逆行荧光示踪、胫前肌湿重称量、再生轴突数目、直径及髓鞘厚度等检测.结果 预变性7 d组的再生轴突数目多、直径大、髓鞘厚,明显优于其他组;3 d组与0 d组无明显差别,14 d和21 d组相对较差.结论 不同延迟时间后修复神经缺损可以对神经再生效果产生不同的影响,以7 d时再生效果最佳.

Abstract:
Objective To compare the regeneration of sciatic nerve defects after different predegeneration time in rats. Methods The defects of sciatic nerve were bridged with contralateral autografts after the predegenerative time of 0, 3, 7, 14 and 21 d respectively in rats. The regenerated nerve of all groups were assessed and compared by quantifying the wet weight of tibialis anterior muscles, Fast blue fluorescence retrograde tracing, regenerated axons counting, and measuring the diameter and myelin thickness of the regenerated axons at 6 weeks after operation. Results The regenerated axons of predegenerated 7 d group showed more quantity, larger diameter and thicker myelin than the other groups. No significant differences were detected between predegenerated 0 d and 3 d group; Predegenerated 14 d and 21 d findings show there are different effects on the regeneration time. Seven days for predegeneration can obtain an optimal group showed poor regeneration. Conclusion The of nerve defects after predegeneration of different results.
