糖尿病患者部分血液流变学指标分析

目的:探讨糖尿病患者部分血液流变学指标变化规律。方法:对我院门诊及住院糖尿病患者96例,对照组100例分为老、中、青三组,分别检测血液流变学指标、红细胞比积、红细胞沉降率。结果:青年组:糖尿病组与正常对照组结果差异无显著性;中年组:糖尿病组与对照组全血低切变率和血浆粘度有差异,而老年组血流变明显高于正常对照组。结论:糖尿病患者血流变的检测对于临床诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Partial Hemorheological Indices Analysis of Diabetes

Objective Variational tendency analysis of partial hemorheological indices of diabetes.Methods 96 diabetes cases,extracted randomly from outpatients and inpatients in our hospital,and 100 healthy samples are divided into 3 groups.Hemorheological indices,HCT and ESR were assayed for the mentioned groups respactively.Results Youth group:no remarkable difference.Midlife group:difference in LS and blood viscosity were found.Senile group:Hemorheological indices of diabetes are markedly higher than healthy ones.Conclusion Assaying hemorheological indices of diabetes is significant for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
