消除乙肝表面抗原管状颗粒在乙肝表面抗原定量过程中的干扰

摘    要:目的消除乙肝表面抗原管状颗粒在乙肝表面抗原定量过程中的干扰。方法用1.6%NaCl溶液稀释病人血清,使乙肝表面抗原管状颗粒解聚为小球形颗粒后再进行测量。结果用1.6%NaCl做乙肝表面抗原测量稀释剂,稀释线性良好,r=0.976。检测的精密度可控制在15%以内,回收率>96%。结论用1.6%NaCl做乙肝表面抗原测量稀释剂,由于能有效排除管状颗粒的干扰,测量准确性大大提高。

Abstract:Objective To aavoid the interference of Hepatitis B surface Antigen tube granule in the process of Hepatitis B surface Antigen fixed quantity measurement .Methods Dilute the serum of paitient with 1.6% NaCl Liquor , We can proceed to measure the numerical value after Hepatitis B surface Antigen tube granule disintegrate completely to small ball granule. Results When we use 1.6% NaCl toregard as Hepatitis B surface Antigen measurement thinner diluion , the linearity is all right .Conclusions Use 1.6% NaCl toregard as Hepatitis B surface Antigen measurement thinner diluion , beacase the interference of the tube granule is excluded, the measurement veracity can advance greatly . measurement precision is less than 15% , the recovery rate is more than 96%.
