2015—2017年四川省心脑血管疾病负担研究

目的了解2015—2017年四川省心脑血管疾病负担现状,为制定疾病防治措施提供可靠的科学依据。方法收集2015—2017年四川省心脑血管疾病的死亡数据,计算死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(DALY)率、早死寿命损失年(YLL)率和伤残寿命损失年(YLD)率,评估居民疾病负担水平。采用SPSS 23.0进行χ²检验和Cochran-Armitage趋势检验。结果2015—2017年四川省心脑血管疾病死亡率为221.26/10万,男女性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2015—2017年四川省居民心脑血管疾病DALY率为15.84‰,其中YLL率和YLD率分别为12.28‰和3.56‰。心脑血管疾病负担主要来自于脑血管病和缺血性心脏病,DALY率占心脑血管疾病总DALY率的86.55%。DALY率随着年龄的增加以平均100.97%的速度增长,80岁及以上居民的DALY率可达83.43‰。结论心脑血管疾病给四川省居民带来较重的负担,且随着年龄的增长而不断增加,其中重点可防控疾病包括脑血管病和缺血性心脏病。

The burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017

Objective To understand the current burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Sichuan Province from2015 to 2017,and to provide the reliable scientific basis for formulating disease prevention and treatment measures.Methods The death data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017 were collected,the mortality rate,disability adjusted life year(DALY)rate,years of life lost(YLL)rate and years lived with disability(YLD)rate were calculated for evaluating the disease burden level of residents.The χ² test and Cochran-Armitage trend test were used to analyze the data,the used software was SPSS 23.0.Results From 2015 to 2017,the mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Sichuan was 221.26/105,there was no significant difference between males and females(P>0.05).From 2015 to 2017,the DALY rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Sichuan was 15.84‰,the YLL rate and YLD rate were 12.28‰ and 3.56‰,respectively.The burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was mainly from cerebrovascular diseases and ischemic heart disease,and the DALY rate accounted for 86.55%of the total DALY rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The DALY rate increased with age(average rate was 100.97%),and the DALY rate of residents ≥80 years old was 83.43‰.Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases bring a heavy burden to the residents of Sichuan Province,which increases with the age.The focus is on prevention and control of diseases including cerebrovascular diseases and ischemic heart disease.
