佛山市高明区医疗机构医务人员手及物体表面卫生状况

目的了解区内医疗机构医务人员手与物体表面的卫生现状。及时发现问题，预防医院感染。方法依据《消毒管理技术规范》所规定的方法对医务人员的手与医疗机构物体表面进行采样检测，判断标准依据《医院消毒卫生标准）（GB15982—1995）的要求。结果检测各类医疗机构，总合格率为74．6％；细菌菌落总数合格率为77．5％。检出金黄色葡萄球菌4株，铜绿假单胞菌2株等；医务人员手及物体表面的微生物中致病性微生物4％、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（CONS）37％、肠杆菌科细菌8％、蜡样芽胞杆菌7％、真菌1％，未检出微生物43％。结论高明区医务人员手与物体表面消毒效果和卫生状况亟待提高和改善。

Sanitary conditions of hand surface of medical workers in medical institutions of Gaoming District,Foshan City

Objective To understand the sanitary status of medical staffs＇ hands and object surface in medical institutions of Gaoming District Shenzhen. Methods Aecording to 《Technical Standard For Disinfection》and national standard of GB15982-1995 《Hygeian Standard For Hospital Disinfection》enacted by Ministry of Health,the samples were collected from the medical institutions and detected. Results The total qualification rate was 74.6%;The rate of total bacteria colony was 77.5%. Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aemginosa,ect, were detected. The pathogenic bacteria were detected in 4% of the hand and object surface samples, Enterobacteriaceae in 8% of the samles, Cerea spore bacilli in 7% and fungi in 1%. Conclusion The sanitary conditions of hands of medical staff and object surface in medical institutions be improved.
