腹腔镜设备及器械故障的规范化处理

目的分析腹腔镜设备、器械在手术过程中容易出现的常见故障,制定出科学规范化处理措施,优化日常使用的腹腔镜仪器及保障患者安全。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年手术医生的满意度调查结果,设备器械使用投诉及损坏情况等资料并制定相应的处理措施。结果每年器械使用寿命均得到延长,登记损坏次数逐年下降,医生满意度调查分数得到提高。结论从2006年开始对腹腔镜设备及器械的常见故障进行规范化处理后,腹腔镜设备、器械得到更好的维护和管理,延长其使用寿命以确保腹腔镜手术顺利进行,缩短接台手术的等待时间,提高手术配合质量。
