腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术50例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的技术处理特点。方法 对50例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的缝合技术及疗效等方面进行总结分析。结果 50例患者均在腹腔镜下手术成功,无中转开腹病例,术后无并发症发生。使用连续垂直褥式内翻缝合子宫,手术时间25～120min,平均64.60min;术中出血量30～150mL,平均74.19mL,取得了良好的手术效果。结论 腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,可以保留子宫,是一种有价值的建设性手术。

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Laparoscopy Myomectomy

Objective To evaluate the value of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of myoma of uterus. Methods The clinical data, operative technique and effectiveness, of 50 cases of myoma of uterus undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed. Results All patients were successfully cured. No patients was converted to abdominal-open myomectomy and no complication occurred. The mean total blood loss and the mean operative time were74.19mL and 64.60rnin respectively. Conclusion There are many advantages of laparoscopic myomectomy such as minimal injury and faster recovery. And Laparoscopic myomectomy is a valuable and constructive operative technique.
