小柴胡汤脉证探讨及临床运用

目的:研究小柴胡汤的脉证,使其脉证清明,一一备记,并能指导临床运用。方法:将脉证合参并结合《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》原文,对小柴胡汤的脉证进行探讨。结果:少阳为人体气机升降,表里出入之枢,阴阳虚实之枢,小柴胡汤常见弦细脉,沉紧脉。结论:小柴胡汤有和解少阳之功,主治少阳枢机不利证,晓然其脉证,才能有效指导临床应用。

The discuss pulse and syndrome of xiao chaihu decoction and clinical application

Objective：Discuss the pulses and syndrome of Xlao Chaihu Decoction,in order to make it obvious and clear, easily to be remem- bered comprehensively.Method：By joining the combination of pulses and syndrome with the original text from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,we aim to discuss the pulses and syndrome of Xiao Chaihu Decoction.Result：Shaoyang is the cardinalate of the ascending and descending of qi transportation,the exterior and interior,egress and ingress,the yin and yang,deficiency and excess. String and thin pulse,deep and tight pulse of Xiao Chaihu Decoction are common in elinic.Conclusion：Xiao Chaihu Decoction has the func- tion of harmonizing shaoyang, It＇s most effect is to treat the obstruction of cardinalate ofshaoyang. Clearly know it＇s pulses and： syndrome, can make it be effective in clinical practice.
