银川市流动人口孕产妇健康管理困境与对策

流动人口孕产妇的保健水平是衡量一个国家和地区卫生健康水平的重要指标,随着改革开放市场经济和社会各项事业快速发展,银川市外来人员的明显增加也给孕产妇健康管理工作带来了困难。通过分析银川市流动孕产妇健康管理工作面临的困境,提出改善该地区流动人口孕产妇健康管理的对策,找出适合银川市目前经济、社会发展水平的切实可行的流动孕产妇健康管理措施,进一步完善银川市流动孕产妇健康管理工作机制,逐步提高管理水平,最终实现＂两纲＂提出的＂流动妇女享有与流入地妇女同等的卫生保健服务＂目标,有效降低银川市流动孕产妇死亡率。

Difficulties and countermeasures of health management of pregnant women of floating population in Yinchuan city

Pregnant women＇s health care of floating population is an important index to measure the health level of a country or region.With the rapid development of reform and opening up,the market economy and various social undertakings,increase in floating population has brought about difficulties in city health management.Through the analysis of the health management of floating pregnant women in Yinchuan city,we put forward the countermeasures to improve maternal health management of floating population in the region,identify feasible health management measures suitable for present level of economic,social development of Yinchuan city,to further improve the mechanism of Yinchuan maternal health management,and gradually raise the level of management,and ultimately achieve the goal of NPAs which proposed ＂ migrant women enjoy equal health care service＂,so as to effectively reduce the mortality of pregnant women in Yinchuan city.
