| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对哮喘儿童进行规范化治疗及管理的近期及远期效果。方法:以《儿童哮喘防治常规》为标准,对40例哮喘患儿在急性发作期行正规治疗,缓解期进行布地奈德和(或)特布他林气雾剂雾化吸入治疗,随访观察2年,4年后进行电话回访。结果:经规范化治疗,40例患儿2年哮喘控制率达87.5%,总有效率100%;4年后获得回访结果的34例患儿的控制率为85.3%。结论:遵循《儿童哮喘防治常规》对哮喘儿童进行规范化治疗效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the acute and long term effects of the treatment of asthma for children according to the guidelines. Methods: 40 children with acute attack of athma treated according the guidelines in the acute phase and further given atomized inhalation of budesonide/or tubertaline after acute attack were observed and 2 years of follow-up was done for all the children.
