摘    要:
目的研究全蝎中无机阳离子对全蝎抗凝活性的影响。方法以凝血酶时间为指标,分别在全蝎提取液中加入相应不同浓度的无机阳离子,考察其对全蝎抗凝活性的影响。结果加入无机阳离子后,明显缩短了全蝎的凝血酶时间(P<0.01)。结论铵离子等无机阳离子对全蝎提取液抗凝活性有明显的影响。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of inorganic ions in scorpin on anticoagulating action of scorpin.Methods Taking the thrombin time as the targets,the inorganic ions with different concentration were respectively mixed in the scorpin extraction and their effects on anticoagulating action of scorpin were measured.Result The thrombin time was distinctly shortened(P<0.01) after the ions joining into the extraction.Conclusion The ions are very effective to the anticoagulating action of the scorpin extraction.
