| 摘 要： | 目的：研究上颌窦曲菌病的鼻内窥镜下手术治疗。方法：对12例上颌窦曲菌病人采用鼻内窥镜下中、下鼻道联合开窗手术。结果：所有病人经上述方法手术治疗治疗后随访18月以上无1例复发。结论：鼻内窥镜下中、下鼻道联合开窗手术治疗上颌窥曲菌病效果确切,但首先必须去除鼻腔阻塞因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operation on maxillary sinus aspergillus under endoscopic intranasal Approach.Methods:To operate on 12 patients of maxillary sinus aspergillus under nasal endoscope combined with fenestration in the middle and inferior meatus.Results:All the patients had been cured and none was recurrent with following up over 18 months.Conclusion:As mentioned above,the curative effects of this kind operatoin is positively,but one point must be stressed on,i e,the obstructive factors must be firstly removed. |
