怡欣乐口服液对慢性疲劳模型动物免疫调节作用的影响

摘    要:
目的 :研究中药复方制剂怡欣乐口服液 (简称YXL)治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用机制。方法 :在应用复合应激因素建立慢性疲劳动物模型的基础上 ,将动物随机分为空白组、模型组、怡欣乐大、小剂量组和复方阿胶浆组 ,经治疗后对各组动物的IL 2、IFN、NK的免疫调节网进行了检测。结果 :模型组动物免疫调节网水平比正常动物明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;而经YXL大、小剂量组和复方阿胶浆组治疗的动物的IL 2、IFN、NK活性皆有明显的提高 ,与模型组对照差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;并恢复至接近正常水平 ,与空白组对照P >0 0 5。结论 :免疫调节网活性降低可能是慢性疲劳综合征发生的病理机制之一 ,提高和调整慢性疲劳模型动物低下的IL 2 IFN NK免疫调节网水平 ,可能是YXL发挥滋补肝肾、填精怡神功效 ,治疗慢性疲劳综合征的机理之一

Abstract:
Objective To study the therapeutic mechanism of Yi Xin Le (YXL) oral liquid in chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods Animal model were prepared by application of complex stress factors. The animals were divided into blank group, fatigue model group, large YXL dosage group, small YXL dosage group and ass-hide glue compound group. Immunoloregulation network IL-2, IFN, NK was studied. Results It showed that the network in animals of Chronic Fatigue is obviously lower than that in normal animals, while IL-2, IFN, NK activity were obviously enhanced in the animal groups which were administered large or small YXL dosage and ass-hide glue compound group, which has a notable difference with the model group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the network in the three groups were recovered to the normal level, that is, the difference between them and the blank group is indistinctive (P<0.05). Conclusion The fall of activity of immunoloregulation network IL-2, IFN, NK may be one of the reasons of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome . Enhance and regulate of IL-2, IFN, NK level may be one of the mechanisms of YXL in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
