恒康正清用于妇科普通手术术前肠道准备的临床观察

目的比较普通妇科手术术前肠道准备的各种方法的优缺点。方法将127例手术患者分成3组，分别用恒康正清1000ml、50%硫酸镁40ml、甘油110ml行术前肠道准备，观察患者肠道准备前后生理、生化指标，排便特点，不适反应，可接受性，肠道准备满意程度，及术后恢复情况。结果3种方法皆能够满足普通妇科常规手术的要求，达到满意的肠道准备效果。其中。恒康耍沛组墼不适犀应最少（P〈0．05），可接受性高（P〉0．05），生化指标血RBC、HCT、K^＋皆在正常范围，对患者无影响。3组肠道准备均满意，无1例在术中有大便溢出。术后恢复情况好。结论恒康正清减量后可作为普通妇科手术术前肠道准备的合理方法。

Clinical observation of hengkangzhengqing for bowel preparation before gynecologic operation

Objective To compare the advantages and adverse effects of various methods for bowel preparation before gynecologic operation.Methods One-hundred twenty-seven patients were recruited and divided into 3 groups.They received hengkangzhengqing,magnesium sulfate and glycerin seperately for preopeative bowel preparation.The rutine blood test,the blood electrolyte,side effects,the fecal discharge,acceptability,satisfaction of bowel preparation and the post-operative recovery were observed.Results All the three methods could match the needs of the routine gynecologic operations and provided an satisfactory bowel preparation.Among the three methods,the subjects who took henkangzhengqing experienced least adverse effects(P<0.05)and had high acceptability(P>0.05).The routine blood test and the blood electrolyte remain in the normal range.All the three group had satisfactory bowel preparation and a good post-operative recovery.No spillage of bowel contents occurred intra-operation.Conclusion It is recommended to use the henkangzhengqing as a good selection for bowel preparation before the routine gynecologic operation.
