| 摘 要： | 目的探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断和治疗特点。方法回顾性分析我院1998年1月~2009年1月收治的20例十二指肠损伤患者的临床特点、诊断和治疗结果。结果本组术前确诊8例(40%),手术漏诊3例(25%)。19例(95.0%)治愈出院,1例(5%)死亡。术后并发症发生率为35%,十二指肠瘘是其主要的并发症。结论掌握十二指肠损伤的临床特点,早期诊断、减少漏诊率是十二指肠损伤成功救治的关键。选择合理的术式,建立有效的减压和引流和控制感染是影响预后的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury.Methods A retrospective study was undertaken for 20 cases with duodenal injury between January 1998 and June 2009.Results 8 cases(40%) got preoperative diagnosis,3 cases were missed(25%) in operation,19(95%) cases recovered and 1(5%) case died of pancreatic fistula or multiple organ failure;the postoperative complication rate was 35%.Duodenal fistula was the main complication.Abdominal CT scan has an immportant value ... |
