广东省疾病预防控制机构健康教育资源投入现况

目的为了解广东省内疾病预防控制机构(简称CDC)健康教育工作的科室设立、经费投入、设备配置情况,为制订疾病控制策略提供依据。方法分析全省各市县区CDC填报统一报表,重点对珠江三角洲与非珠江三角洲区域的地市级CDC单位专项经费投入进行分类研究。结果收集了101个上报单位,大部分(占71·3%)CDC没有独立的健康教育部门;健康教育经费严重短缺,非珠江三角洲区域的政府投入人均不足0·01元,珠江三角洲的政府投入人均不足0·1元;大部分CDC相应仪器设备不足,在非珠江三角洲区域情况更为突出。结论有必要根据要求,对健康教育工作进行投入,满足社会和人民群众对健康促进的需要。

Survey of investment of health education resources in disease control system in Guangdong Province at present

Objective To understand the conditions, investment, facilities of health education organization in disease control and prevention system of Guangdong Province(CDC). Methods The data concerning health education organizations, investment of special fund and facilities in CDCs around Zhujiang triangle area at prefecture and municipal levels were collected using uniform surveying table and analyzed. Results The data were collected and the results showed that 71.3% of the institutions surveyed without health education organizations. The investment of health education by the government in most CDCs was less than one cent per person and less than two cent in the CDCs around Zhujiang triangle area. In addition, the facilities were lacking to have affected the performance of health education in this province. Conclusion It is necessary to increase the investment in health education and improve the working condition in order to meet the requirement of inhabitants and the society to health.
