热疗联合化放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌42例临床观察

目的比较热化放疗、热化疗及单纯化疗之间的疗效,探讨综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的较好的方法。方法42例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为3组:热化放疗组13例,热化疗组12例,单纯化疗组17例。比较3组近期疗效、临床症状改善、毒副反应情况。结果3组有效率、临床症状改善率分别为热化放疗组76.9%,84.6%;热化疗组58.3%,66.7%;单纯化疗组41.2%,58.8%,3组毒副反应无显著性差异。结论临床上三联综合方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效优于二联与单药组,不增加副反应,能更好提高临床疗效,改善患者的症状体征及生活质量。

Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of 42 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancers

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of thoracic hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for advanced NSCLC. [Methods] 42 patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into three groups, and 13 received hyperthermia with mdiotherapy and chemotherapy, as compared with chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone groups. The measures of the efficacy, life quality and side effects were compared between the three groups. [Results] The three groups were not statistically different in the side effects. However, the groups were significantly different in the measure of life quality. The overall response rates of hyperthermia with mdiotherapy and chemotherapy were 76.9% and 84.6%;thermotherapy group was 58.3% and 66.7%, chemotherapy group was 41.2% and 58.8%, respectively. [Conclusions] Hyperthermia combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy can elevate the efficacy and survival quality of advanced NSCLC. Side effects are tolerance. It can be used as a means of main combined modality therapy for advanced.
