摘    要:目的 确定普罗碘铵通过血-眼屏障的能力.方法 将60只家兔随机分为4组,第1组肌肉注射普罗碘铵注射液;第2组结膜下注射普罗碘铵注射液;第3组肌肉注射生理盐水;第4组结膜下注射生理盐水.于给药后1h、2h、4h、12h、48h取其房水,采用分光光度法测定其中碘含量.结果 肌肉注射普罗碘铵及结膜下注射普罗碘铵的家兔房水中碘含量明显高于注射生理盐水的对照组(P<0.05);而结膜下注射普罗碘铵的家兔房水碘含量高于肌肉注射组(P<0.05).结论 普罗碘铵能通过血-眼屏障进入房水.

Abstract:Objective To determine the permeability of prolonium iodide through blood-ocular barrier.Methods The adult rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly. In the group 1, every rabbit was injected 25mg/kg prolonium iodide with intramuscular injection; In the group 2, every rabbit was injected 0,4mL prolonium iodide with subcon junctive injection ;In the group 3, every rabbit was injected 0.9% NaCl with intramuscular; In the group 4, every rabbit was injected 0.4mL 0.9 NaCl with subcon junctive. After injecting the prolonium iodide concentration was detected in different time by means of arsenic and cerium calalysis spectophotometry. Results The concetration in aqueous humor in the intramuscular and subcon junctive injection groups were higher then that in other groups. Conclusion Pmlonium iodide could enter aqueous humor of rabbit through bloodocular barrier.
