P53和CyclinD1蛋白的表达对食管癌预后意义的研究

目的 研究P53和CyclinD1蛋白表达与食管癌临床病理特征的关系及其联合表达对食管癌患者预后的影响.方法 应用流式细胞仪技术研究了P53和CyclinD1蛋白57例食管癌组织中的表达水平.结果 本组病例CyclinD1蛋白的表达率为50.9%,P53蛋白表达阳性率为47.4%,且两者呈正相关性(P＜0.05)CyclinD1蛋白在低分化食管癌中的表达率高于高、中分化癌(P＜0.05);有淋巴结转移者表达率高于无淋巴结转移者(P＜0.05);P53蛋白的阳性表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论 P53和CyclinD1蛋白表达呈相关性和食管癌的生物学特性有关,可作为评估食管癌预后的因素.

Expressions of P53 and CyclinD1 in esophageal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the association among the expressions of P53 and CyclinDl ,the clinico-pathologic characteristics,and the prognostic value in esophageal carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry technique was applied to detect the expressions of CyclinD1 and P53 proteins in 57 cases of esophageal carcinoma. Results CyclinD1 and P53 expression were observed in 50.9% and 47.4% of esophageal carcinomas,respectively. A significant correlation was found between CyclinD1 and P53 expressions(P <0.05 ) .The positive ratio of CyclinD1 protein was significant higher in the poorly differentiated esophageal carcinoma (P < 0.05). The CyclinD1 expression in esophageal carcinomas with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in those without lymph node metastasis. Expression of P53 in esophageal carcinomas was related to its depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis ( P < 0.01). Conclusion CyclinD1 expression may relate to the expression of P53.Both factors relate to the clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic value in esophageal carcinomas.
