摘    要:chemerin是近来发现的一种刺激先天免疫系统的脂肪细胞因子,可由脂肪组织释放,能通过与其受体ChemR23结合对树突细胞和巨噬细胞发挥免疫趋化作用。目的:探讨活动期炎症性肠病(IBD)患者中血清chemerin水平及其临床意义。方法:选取2007年1月~2010年1月苏州市立医院50例克罗恩病(CD)患者和50例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者,以50名健康志愿者作为对照。应用ELISA法检测血清chemerin水平,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果:CD和UC患者血清chemerin水平均显著高于健康对照者[(124.18±21.32)μg/L和(113.46±20.62)μg/L对(95.38±11.22)μg/L;P0.01,P0.05],且均与疾病活动指数呈显著正相关(P0.05),但与病变部位无关(P0.05)。结论:chemerin可能在IBD肠道炎症中发挥调节作用,并与IBD的免疫发病机制有关。

Serum Chemerin Level and its Clinical Significance in Patients with Active Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Abstract:Background: Chemerin is a recently discovered adipocytokine released by adipose tissue to stimulate the innate immune system. It can induce chemotaxis of dendritic cells and macrophages by binding to its receptor ChemR23. Aims: To investigate serum chemerin level and its clinical significance in patients with active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods: Serum chemerin level was determined by ELISA in 50 patients with Crohn's disease (CD), 50 patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and 50 healthy controls in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2007 to January 2009. And the correlations of serum chemerin level with clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results: Serum chemerin level in patients with CD and UC was significantly higher than that in healthy controls [(124.18±21.32) mg/L, (113.46±20.62) mg/L vs. (95.38±11.22)mg/L; P〈0.01, P〈0.05], and significant positive correlations were found between serum chemerin level and disease activity index of CD and UC (P〈0.05), but serum chemerin level was not con'elated with location of CD and UC (P〉0.05). Conclusions: These findings indicate that chemerin may play a regulatory role in intestinal inflammation of IBD, and is possibly involved in the immunopathogenesis of IBD.
