多层螺旋CT 检查乳腺肿瘤临床价值分析

目的：探讨胸部CT扫描评价乳腺疾病的应用价值。方法 CT检查发现乳腺异常病灶，并考虑占位性病变的患者122例。经手术或穿刺活检证实乳腺癌78例；良性病变计41例。随访到病理结果患者共计119例。其中，经胸部C T首先发现乳腺病变者103例—乳腺癌69例，乳腺导管内乳头状瘤2例，乳腺对应胸壁结核4例，脂肪瘤2例，纤维腺瘤9例，乳腺增生17例。回顾分析这些病例C T表现特点，寻找胸部C T检查诊断乳腺疾病影像特点与规律。结果胸部CT扫描能精准反映乳腺肿块病变细节，判断乳腺腺体局限性致密增厚时是否存在病变，有无钙化及特征钙化，和淋巴结肿大、乳腺皮肤增厚、乳后间隙模糊等一些间接性病理变化，从而对疾病性质做出判断。结论胸部CT检查不仅能观察到乳腺病变细节特征，同时能发现一些远处淋巴结转移，对鉴别良恶性病变，往往起着重要作用。

Analysis of diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in breast tumors

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi‐slice spiral CT （MSCT） in breast diseases .Methods 122 patients ,who underwent MSCT and were shown abnormal breast lesions ,were enrolled in this work .As confirmed by surgery or biopsy ,78 cases were breast cancer and 41 cases were benign lesions .A total of 119 patients were followed up . 103 patients with breast lesions were initially discovered by chest CT ,of whom 69 were breast cancer ,two were breast in‐traductal papilloma ,4 were tuberculosis corresponding to the chest wall of the breast ,2 were lipoma ,9 were fibroadeno‐ma ,and 17 were breast hyperplasia .CT features of these cases were Retrospective analyzed so as to look for characteris‐tics and rules of chest CT for imaging diagnosis of breast disease .Results Chest CT scan can accurately reflect the details of breast mass and determine that ,once limited dense thickening appeared in mammary gland ,whether there really existed the lesions ,calcification and special calcification ,swollen lymph nodes ,breast skin thickening ,and other indirect patho‐logical changes ,by which the nature of the disease can thus be judged .Conclusion Chest CT can not only observe the mi‐nutiae breast lesions ,but also find some distant lymph node metastasis ,which plays an important role in differentiating be‐nign and malignant lesions .
